Tom is a British citizen, certified by NASM. He is an ex-distance runner and enjoys body-weight and outdoor exercises. His areas of specialism are circuit training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

Each session begins with foam rolling, then progresses into resistance and body-weight exercises, and ends in a deep stretch. It is recommended that clients complete at least two 60-minute, high-intensity workouts per week in order to progress towards their goals. Outside of these sessions, Tom can assist with general dietary recommendations and cardio programming in order to accelerate clients' progress.

Tom's training is proven to reduce body-fat percentage, increase strength, improve mobility and achieve better posture. Over time, his training may also help to slow your resting heart rate and improve stamina. Besides showing signs of good health, the feeling of accomplishment from regular, challenging exercise is often the greatest reward.
